Installation of flexible or rigid support systems to stabilise structurally compromised trees, significantly improving storm resistance and safety, often avoiding removal.
Emergency work & storm damage response
Rapid stabilisation and safe clearance after storm damage, prioritising risks to people and property. A prompt, sensible response minimises further damage and restores safety while protecting the remaining tree structure.
Tree removal
Controlled dismantling using advanced rigging techniques to minimise impact. Where possible, I also advise on adaptive alternatives such as partial retention, creating monoliths, or habitat structuring—so deadwood can continue providing ecosystem services (often at a lower cost to the client).

Solutions to support tree vitality, address nutrient deficiencies, and manage pests/diseases using low-impact, minimally invasive treatments.
Tree stability & risk assessments (Visual Tree Assessment and tree-climbing inspection)
I carry out close-up canopy inspections using rope access to document unions, decay and structural defects. I perform Visual Tree Assessment (VTA) and collect photographs and measurements to support decision-making. Climbing inspections can reveal defects not visible from the ground and provide accurate information for any further technical analysis by qualified specialists. I do not issue formal legal/statutory reports, which in Italy are reserved for registered agronomi or other authorised professionals. Where an official report is required, I can collaborate with a qualified specialist or provide technical data to support the production of the document.
Drone recovery & canopy access
Safe retrieval of drones and equipment from trees using rope access. This prevents dangerous attempts by untrained users and allows valuable equipment to be recovered without injury or damage. It also provides access to canopy installations.
